About The Position

One Model is a fast-growing vendor in the enterprise People Analytics space, seeking a passionate Pre-Sales Solution Consultant to help scale its market presence. The role involves bridging the gap between deep HR data capability and strategic business value. One Model offers a complete people analytics solution, including a cloud-hosted data orchestration platform and advanced visualization web app. This is not a standard script-reading sales demonstration role, nor is it for a People Analytics practitioner who prefers to stay behind the scenes. The ideal candidate is a People Analytics practitioner, manager, or leader (or HR practitioner with a strong People Analytics skillset) who loves the domain, understands HR data, and is ready to pivot into the fast-paced world of SaaS, using their charisma to inspire prospects.

Requirements

  • Applied, hands-on experience in the People Analytics space.
  • Understanding of HRIS landscapes, headcount metrics, and how HR data structures work in the real world.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to command a room, build rapport quickly, and adjust presentation style on the fly.
  • Ability to build excitement about the One Model platform and clearly explain its value proposition.
  • Ability to confidently discuss advanced analytics, metrics development, and system adoption with CHROs and HR leaders, as well as data logic with IT buyers.
  • Adaptability and comfort with a fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • Effective time management skills when juggling multiple priorities.
  • Must reside in the Pacific or Mountain US Timezones.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare for and deliver live, dynamic platform demonstrations tailored to the specific organizational and HR challenges of prospects.
  • Create custom content, metrics, and data mockups in the platform to showcase specific HR scenarios (TA, Comp, L&D, retention, etc.).
  • Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to navigate complex RFPs, write functional descriptions of platform capabilities, and handle ad-hoc product queries.
  • Record engaging product videos to showcase features and drive market excitement.
