About The Position

WorkForce Software, an ADP company, is hiring a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant. As a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant, you will work alongside the sales team managing complex demonstrations for current and prospective clients, highlighting product value. You will lead discovery calls, interpret requirements, and deliver configured demonstrations based on client needs. Additionally, you will contribute to RFI's and RFP responses, respond to client, prospect, and partner product inquiries, and train partners on demonstrating the suite of products. To thrive, you need to build rapport, establish trust, and explain complex technical concepts clearly for both remote and in-person meetings or events. Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience conducting complex client-facing presentations.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the HCM SaaS space or relevant industry experience with enterprise software.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% including the potential for international travel.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills to suggest best practices within the scope of our products’ capabilities.
  • Associates located near an ADP or WorkForce office are expected to follow the ADP hybrid work model.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field is preferred but not required.
  • Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering pre-sales product demonstrations to senior leadership, including C-level and business audiences in a team selling environment.
  • Commanding a strong understanding of HR, HR technology, HCM, Workforce Management, Employee Experience, SaaS, Cloud and Modern WFM solutions and advising on products.
  • Partnering with Field Sales Managers, clients, and prospects.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Product Managers to continuously improve the suite of products.
  • Participating in the maintenance and enrichment of the Global Solution Demonstration set.
  • Acting as an excellent communicator, including public speaking and workshop facilitation with clients in meetings and events.
  • Summarizing and documenting findings.
  • Prioritizing and managing multiple projects with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Managing complex demonstrations for current and prospective clients highlighting the products’ value.
  • Leading discovery calls, interpreting requirements and delivering configured demonstrations based on each client’s needs.
  • Contributing to RFI’s and RFP responses.
  • Responding to client, prospect, and partner product inquiries.
  • Training partners on how to demonstrate the suite of products to their clients.
