About The Position

Ingersoll Auto of Danbury is looking for a motivated team member to join our Pre-Owned Vehicle Department. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in being organized, is dependable, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to help keep our pre-owned vehicle operation running smoothly.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Successful completion of background screening and drug test
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible
• Organized with good attention to detail
• Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed

Nice To Haves

• Dealership or automotive experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Transport pre-owned vehicles for emissions testing and fueling on a daily basis
• Deliver and pick up vehicles from other dealerships and repair facilities
• Assist technicians with locating vehicles and keys as needed
• Assist outside vendors with locating and accessing vehicles that need repairs or reconditioning
• Move and organize vehicles to help maintain an efficient workflow
• Help keep vehicles and keys organized and accessible
• Provide additional support to the Pre-Owned Vehicle Department as needed
