The Sales Manager’s primary role in the dealership is to train and lead and sales advisors, develop business through CRM activities, and assist guests in the buying experience.

Requirements

  • Prior finance manager experience required.
  • Must have at least three years Sales Management Experience

Responsibilities

  • Answer internet lead and phone calls and set appointments for customers
  • Confirm sales advisor appointments
  • Make outbound phone calls to follow up with guests to assist during the buying process
  • Present numbers and appraise vehicles with strong closing skills
  • Work with the customer from start to finish throughout the buying process
  • Exhibit great customer service skills
  • Must be able to create and maintain great employee/leader relationships
  • Strong computer & phone skills
  • Maintain professional business attire and appearance
  • Bi-lingual is always a plus
  • High level of discipline and professionalism
  • Must have a valid Driver's License
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test)
