About The Position

Stevinson Chevrolet, a subsidiary of Asbury Automotive Group, is seeking an energetic and innovative Pre-Owned Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for training and leading sales advisors, developing business through CRM activities, and assisting guests throughout the buying process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing relationships, providing exceptional guest experiences, and driving innovation in the automotive industry.

Requirements

  • Prior finance manager experience required.
  • Strong computer & phone skills.
  • High level of discipline and professionalism.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test).
  • Must have at least three years Sales Management Experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-lingual is always a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Train and lead sales advisors.
  • Develop business through CRM activities.
  • Assist guests in the buying experience.
  • Answer internet leads and phone calls and set appointments for customers.
  • Confirm sales advisor appointments.
  • Make outbound phone calls to follow up with guests to assist during the buying process.
  • Present numbers and appraise vehicles with strong closing skills.
  • Work with the customer from start to finish throughout the buying process.
  • Exhibit great customer service skills.
  • Create and maintain great employee/leader relationships.
  • Maintain professional business attire and appearance.
