Rallye Lexus is growing and seeking an experienced Pre-Owned Sales Professional to join their team at the Glen Cove location, with a future opportunity at a new, state-of-the-art facility in Westbury opening in 2027. Requirements

• Experience as a Pre-Owned Sales Manager
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to motivate a team and achieve sales goals.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the pre-owned sales team.
• Drive sales, gross profit, customer satisfaction, and department performance.
• Oversee pre-owned inventory, pricing, merchandising, and aging.
• Monitor leads, follow-up, and sales activity to maximize opportunities.
• Assist with customer negotiations and closing sales.
• Work closely with the Used Car, Service, Finance, and Sales teams.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance coaching.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and Lexus standards.
