Requirements

Proven experience as a Pre-Owned Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of automotive financing and regulatory requirements.
Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the pre-owned vehicle department, including inventory management, pricing, and merchandising.
Lead and develop a high-performing sales team focused on achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturers.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to vehicle sales and dealership operations.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to maximize departmental profitability.
Collaborate with service and finance departments to enhance overall customer experience.
Implement marketing strategies to increase dealership visibility and pre-owned vehicle sales.
