Requirements
- 2+ years of pre-owned management experience
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Strong desking and vehicle appraisal skills
- Experience running a high-volume, fast-paced used car department
- Commitment to performance, integrity, and customer satisfaction
- Ability to adapt to industry changes and market demands
Responsibilities
- Monitor and drive the performance of the pre-owned sales department
- Train, coach, and motivate sales personnel
- Appraise, price, and manage used vehicle inventory
- Desk deals and assist salespeople in closing
- Set monthly sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and regulations
- Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and accountability
- Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure overall dealership success
