The right candidate will have experience in the legal industry, specifically experience handling pre-litigation cases. The right candidate will have experience in the legal industry, specifically experience handling commercial personal injury cases. Bilingual skills required.
Requirements
- Experience in legal case management
- Proficiency in handling medical records and insurance claims
- Strong client communication skills and followup
- Experience collaborating with internal staff to service client cases
- Bilingual skills required
Responsibilities
- Manage case files with care and extreme detail
- Assist clients with rental car accommodations
- Communicate with claims representatives
- Coordinate case activities with attorney staff
