About The Position

The Pre-licensed Therapist supports youth and families experiencing cognitive and behavioral health challenges by providing intensive individual and family therapy. The role focuses on strengthening family relationships and equipping clients with the tools, education, and resources they need to heal and thrive. The therapist works collaboratively within a supportive team and receives regular supervision to support professional growth and high-quality care.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling.
• Working toward registration with the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) in Colorado.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn evidence-based practices such as TBRI, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

• Licensed professionals (LCSW, LPC) are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive individual and family therapy to youth and families.
• Support clients in developing coping skills, behavioral strategies, and emotional regulation.
• Strengthen and preserve family relationships through therapeutic interventions.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including TBRI, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation for services rendered.
• Meet and exceed client service goals and productivity expectations.
• Participate in the on-call rotation as assigned.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and treatment planning.
• Engage clients and families with education, guidance, and resource connections.
• Attend supervision sessions and apply feedback for professional development.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and state regulatory requirements.
