About The Position

NEXT Electric, LLC is seeking a full-time Pre-Fab Associate in Lake Mills, Wisconsin. Under direct supervision, the associate assists in the prefabrication shop by assembling components, testing, receiving and shipping products, and keeping the shop clean and organized. The role also involves loading and unloading materials, delivering equipment to job sites, reading prefabrication prints, simple conduit bending and assembly, and prefabricating panelboards, switchboards, and transformer connections. The associate must comply with company and customer safety policies and procedures. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future employer sponsorship. The position is onsite and requires a high school diploma or GED. OSHA 30-hour training is required or must be obtained. Prior mechanical, farming, or commercial electrical experience is a plus. Successful completion of post-offer background and drug checks is required, as is an MVR check when job responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.

Requirements
