About The Position

Arkansas Enterprises for the Developmentally Disabled (AEDD) is seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Pre-ETS Paraprofessional to support students and young adults with disabilities as they prepare for employment, independent living, and successful transition into adulthood. This position provides direct support through job readiness training, workplace skill development, career exploration, self-advocacy instruction, and community-based learning experiences. The ideal candidate enjoys working with youth, promoting independence, and helping individuals achieve their personal and employment goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 60+ college credit hours or ParaPro certification preferred
• Experience working with youth, individuals with disabilities, or workforce development programs preferred
• Valid Arkansas driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to pass required background checks, child maltreatment registry screening, and drug testing
