About The Position

The Pre-Clinical / Clinical Faculty member teaches and supports instruction in Preventive and Restorative Dentistry. Pre-clinical instruction requires no previous teaching or practice experience, though candidates should have ranked among the top students in their recently graduating class. Clinical instruction and supervision of patient care require at least three years of private dental practice experience.

The position requires current knowledge of dental school educational processes, preventive and restorative information and techniques, dental materials, and emerging digital applications for clinical restorative treatment. Candidates must hold a DDS, DMD, or international equivalent, have completed training at an accredited dental school program, and maintain an active license to practice dentistry and valid CPR certification.

Requirements

• Current knowledge of dental school educational processes.
