About The Position

The Practice Supervisor will assist with overseeing the overall functioning of the practice including management of staff, workflow development, financial performance, provider and staff engagement. The position will support the Practice Administrator as it relates to revenue integrity, employee engagement, building customer relations and customer satisfaction outcomes. The results of this position will be measured by compliance to standards with focus on volume, customer service initiatives, productivity, patient satisfaction scores, results of JC tracers, and employee engagement scores. This office operates as a concierge practice, offering distinct care from traditional primary care offices by limiting the practice to a maximum of 450 patients to ensure personalized and attentive care, fostering stronger relationships and providing more individualized attention. On average, the practice sees around 10 patients per day, excluding lab or nurse visits, allowing for comprehensive and unhurried consultations. Additionally, a flexible schedule is offered, with every other Friday operating on a half-day schedule to maintain a balanced work environment.

Requirements

  • BLS Basic Life Support – American Heart Association (required within 90 days of hire)
  • High school diploma (required)
  • 3 years of recent experience in healthcare with at least one year being in an administrative setting (required)
  • 1 year of supervisory experience (required) for BSMH
  • 1 year of supervisory experience (preferred) for RSFH
