Job Summary Trauma, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Plastic Surgery & Burn Management Bring your healthcare operations expertise to a leadership role where you can make a direct impact on patients, providers, and staff. We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our Trauma, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Plastic Surgery, and Burn Management practice. This role is ideal for a collaborative healthcare leader who enjoys developing teams, improving workflows, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
  • Supervisory experience 5-7 years required
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment 5-7 years required
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong and proven leadership skills.
  • Ability to work with staff of all levels.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and math skills.
  • Knowledge of Accounting Principles, physician billing, and revenue cycle management.
  • Ability to adapt to multiple and rapidly changing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for a single-site or multi-site surgical practice
  • Lead and develop administrative and clinical support staff through hiring, onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and performance management
  • Ensure appropriate staffing coverage and coordinate solutions for staffing and operational challenges
  • Monitor practice performance metrics and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and service delivery
  • Partner with physicians and leadership to support strategic initiatives, operational goals, and budget planning
  • Oversee payroll processes, support revenue cycle activities, and ensure compliance with organizational policies, HIPAA requirements, and mandatory training standards
  • Serve as a key member of the leadership team, providing operational support and cross-coverage as needed
