About The Position

Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Physician Practice Management, this management position serves as a liaison between Northside Hospital physician practices and Northside Hospital. The role assures compliance with Northside policies and procedures and maintains a productive, financially secure work environment. The manager is responsible for multiple assigned providers and their office staff at multiple locations.

Requirements

• A Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or a healthcare-related field; OR an associate degree and 4 years of related healthcare experience; OR 15 years of Physician Practice Operations experience in a large, multispecialty, multilocation physician practice organization.
• Ability to develop, organize, and implement various programs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others and be a team player.
• Evidence of teaching skills.

Nice To Haves

• MHA or MBA.
