Requirements

Previous experience in management or a related leadership role

Responsibilities

Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and inventory management to keep the clinic running smoothly
Manage, mentor, and support front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service
Develop and refine office policies to enhance efficiency and productivity
Partner with clinical staff to optimize schedules, treatment planning, and overall workflow
Ensure adherence to all regulatory protocols, infection control standards, and confidentiality requirements
Address inquiries, concerns, and billing questions with professionalism and empathy
Assist with patient retention and attraction initiatives
