The Practice Manager is responsible and accountable for the operations management and performance of the assigned practice(s). This role manages all non-provider staff, including scheduling, performance evaluation, and conducting staff meetings. The Practice Manager also manages the practice revenue cycle through coordination with front office staff and the URPG Business Office, ensuring a productive, patient-centric atmosphere that promotes excellence in customer service and patient care.
