About The Position

Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio is seeking a mission-minded Practice Manager to lead daily operations at its Kent and Bedford Heights Health Centers. The position works closely with licensed clinical staff and organizational leaders to maintain continuity of care, strengthen workflows, and provide a high-quality patient experience. The ideal candidate is an engaged, visible leader who can balance employee supervision, operational problem-solving, compliance, financial responsibility, and direct support of daily health center operations. The role may also involve travel and attendance at meetings, training sessions, and community events as required.

  • Ability to work effectively with people from different backgrounds, identities, and socioeconomic circumstances.
  • Ability to travel and attend meetings, training sessions, and community events as required.
  • Commitment to high-quality, compassionate, nonjudgmental reproductive healthcare and to Planned Parenthood’s mission, values, and service standards.
