About The Position

Responsible for providing overall management of practice operations for one or more practice sites in compliance with St. Luke’s Medical Group policies and standards. Responsibilities include supervising personnel, managing financial performance, and implementing strategies to improve patient access, employee engagement, and provider productivity. Develops and implements processes to maximize operational efficiencies and enhance practice revenues. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and values.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a medical office setting.
  • 2 years supervisory experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in clinical, business, or health related field preferred, or comparable experience.
