The primary responsibility of the Practice Director is to maintain a consistent above average performance metrics, provide business generation leadership, motivation and direction to direct reports, participate in the recruitment of new hires, and effectively communicate with all levels within the organization. The Practice Director is responsible for driving revenue generating activities/practice group performance, executing operational focus areas, meeting productivity standards, effectively managing time, planning and multi-tasking, and making quality decisions. They must reach target performance metrics, attract and source talent, train, develop and retain staff, achieve pricing goals, possess expert knowledge of their practice group, and quickly recognize and act upon business trends. The role requires effective communication, promoting a culture of collaboration, motivating and inspiring by example, providing recognition, managing change efforts, facilitating resolution with internal staff, clients and candidates, and conducting effective meetings. The Practice Director will lead customer retention and expansion strategy, build customer loyalty by providing superior service, lead with character, build trust, respect and credibility, promote and support an inclusive work environment, accept responsibility for own actions and behaviors, create a positive, collaborative team culture, strive to understand and support others, follow through on commitments, and treat others fairly and consistently. Business generation, revenue and pricing goals are based on location. Total Headcount: up to 4 including practice director.
