The primary responsibility of the Practice Director is to maintain consistent above-average performance metrics, provide business generation leadership, motivation, and direction to direct reports, participate in the recruitment of new hires, and effectively communicate with all levels within the organization. This role involves driving revenue-generating activities, executing operational focus areas, meeting productivity standards, managing time effectively, and making quality decisions. The Practice Director is also responsible for achieving pricing goals, possessing expert knowledge of the practice group, and quickly recognizing and acting upon business trends. They will lead customer retention and expansion strategies, build customer loyalty through superior service, and lead with character, building trust, respect, and credibility through actions and behaviors. Business generation, revenue, and pricing goals are key aspects of this role, with a total headcount of up to 4, including the practice director.
