The primary responsibility of the Practice Director is to maintain a consistent above average performance metrics, provide business generation leadership, motivation and direction to direct reports, participate in the recruitment of new hires, and effectively communicate with all levels within the organization. This role involves driving revenue generating activities, executing operational focus areas, meeting productivity standards, managing time effectively, and making quality decisions. The Practice Director is also responsible for attracting, sourcing, training, developing, and retaining staff, achieving pricing goals, and possessing expert knowledge of the practice group. They must quickly recognize and act upon business trends, communicate effectively, promote collaboration, motivate and lead by example, provide recognition, manage change, and facilitate resolutions. Additionally, the Practice Director will lead customer retention and expansion strategies, build customer loyalty through superior service, and lead with character, building trust, respect, and credibility. They will promote and support an inclusive work environment, accept responsibility for their actions, create a positive team culture, strive to understand and support others, follow through on commitments, and treat others fairly and consistently. Business generation, revenue, and pricing goals are key, with a total headcount of up to 4 including the practice director.
