About The Position

Radiology Partners is a leading radiology practice in the U.S., serving hospitals and healthcare facilities nationwide. This position provides strategic and operational leadership for all outpatient imaging sites, modalities, and call center operations to achieve quality, patient satisfaction, productivity, and financial goals. The role involves leading, mentoring, and developing Clinical Managers and Supervisors, overseeing a workforce of approximately 300 team members across outpatient operations. Key responsibilities include managing operational and financial performance through trend analysis, workflow optimization, resource utilization, and corrective actions. The role also focuses on driving excellence in patient, physician, and referring physician satisfaction through service improvement, issue resolution, and relationship management, as well as collaborating with physicians, technology teams, and vendor partners to advance clinical operations, imaging technologies, research, and innovative service offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive healthcare management experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing large teams, including performance management, coaching, training, succession planning, and employee development
  • Strong operational and financial management skills with experience improving workflows, implementing process improvements, and achieving organizational goals
  • Advanced knowledge of radiology operations, imaging services, RIS/PACS systems, healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and patient care excellence
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for all outpatient imaging sites, modalities, and call center operations to achieve quality, patient satisfaction, productivity, and financial goals
