The primary responsibility of the Practice Director is to maintain a consistent above average performance metrics, provide business generation leadership, motivation and direction to direct reports, participate in the recruitment of new hires, and effectively communicate with all levels within the organization. This role involves driving revenue generating activities, executing operational focus areas, meeting productivity standards, managing time effectively, and making quality decisions. The Practice Director is also responsible for attracting, sourcing, training, developing, and retaining staff, achieving pricing goals, and possessing expert knowledge of the practice group to recognize and act upon business trends. Key aspects include effective communication, promoting collaboration, motivating and leading by example, providing recognition, managing change, and facilitating resolutions with internal staff, clients, and candidates. The role also focuses on leading customer retention and expansion strategies, building customer loyalty through superior service, and leading with character, trust, respect, and credibility. Promoting an inclusive work environment, accepting responsibility for actions, creating a positive team culture, and treating others fairly are essential. Business generation, revenue, and pricing goals are based on location. The total headcount for the team is up to 4, including the Practice Director.
