The Director is responsible for managing defined accounts, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring the smooth execution of internal processes for opportunities. Maintaining accurate client information in the business system and ensuring total customer satisfaction are critical. The position also involves assisting in portfolio development and capitalizing on division capabilities. Extended hours and travel for events such as conferences and sales meetings may be required.
