As the PR Coordinator, you will support our national team to plan and execute innovative, high-impact PR and social strategies. You are an Idea Energizer, bringing optimism and fresh solutions to make our clients’ work bigger, more newsworthy, and more "famous." In this role, you will foster a healthy environment for creative work while maintaining the structure and process necessary for excellence. You will form strong working relationships with creative and strategic teams across the agency, ensuring every project is delivered with a sharp Point of View and "rock-solid" project management.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of industry experience in public relations, social media or communications.
  • Plugged in to all things social, with experience managing campaigns
  • A passion for continuing to grow your craft.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Solid creative instinct.
  • Relationships – you’ve got solid relationships in the industry, and you’re good at building new ones.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit – you take ownership of your work and bring fresh thinking to the table.
  • A proactive approach – you can see the destination, and you know how to build the path there.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting PR materials, including press releases, PR alerts, key messages, and sponsored content. You deliver error-free work that illustrates a clear point of view.
  • Identifying and building relationships with high-priority media and influencers. You’ll manage our lists, pitch stories and partners, and coordinate interviews and events.
  • Researching trends, "always-on" moments, and brand partnership opportunities to ensure our stories resonate.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to find "the hook" that turns a campaign into a national conversation.
  • Managing project plans, timelines, and reporting mechanisms to keep clients and internal teams informed.
