For more information, visit artlist.io. As the PR Manager in our New York hub, you are a lead voice for the Artlist brand and a strategic force driving our narrative across the US. You are a generative AI maven who understands that our industry is in a massive state of transition. Our goal is to build Artlist as the top brand bringing AI production level creation at scale to creatives everywhere. You operate as an integral member of the global team, a strategic doer who harnesses stakeholders to bridge the gap between our global vision and the US media landscape. You aren’t just sending releases: you are spearheading the stories that define the future of human and AI collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in PR or Corporate Communications with a proven track record at a top tech brand.
  • Established Media Network. Proven access and a deep network of relationships with Tier 1 US media across tech, business, and creative industries.
  • Generative AI Maven. Deep literacy in AI tools and a clear understanding of the shifts happening in the industry.
  • Talent and Influencer Expertise. Experience managing public relations and communications for talents and high-profile industry tastemakers.
  • Education. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field from a top-tier university.
  • Portfolio. A portfolio of work showcasing successful Tier 1 media placements, strategic brand campaigns, and executive profiling.
  • Collaboration as a virtue. Exceptional ability to harness stakeholders and work effectively across diverse time zones and matrixed global teams.
  • A natural storyteller. Native level English speaker who can write the hook that top-tier journalists and industry leaders cannot ignore.

Responsibilities

  • Own the US story. Lead the communications strategy for North America and position Artlist as the essential brand for professional creatives.
  • Harness stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders horizontally and vertically across the company to ensure total global narrative alignment.
  • Scale the Innovation Narrative. Evolve Artlist’s employer brand to reflect our 10-year legacy of disruption, positioning the company as the global epicenter where top-tier AI and creative talent define the future of production.
  • Drive agency results. Manage and lead our US PR agencies, ensuring they deliver high-impact, measurable outcomes that match our global brand goals.
  • Maintain proactive momentum. Think outside of product launches to keep the brand relevant through proactive storytelling, industry commentary, and trend analysis.
  • Elevate our Founders' vision. Champion our leadership team as visionaries in the AI space through strategic thought leadership, Op-Eds, and major US speaking circuits.
  • Harness Tier 1 media. Secure high-impact coverage in top-tier business, tech, and creative publications through your established and deep-rooted media relationships.
  • Educate by bringing value. Educate the public on how our AI premium products empower human ingenuity, moving the industry conversation from replacement to empowerment.
  • Collaborate with industry partners. Work with our top-tier brand clients and partners to tell compelling stories about how Artlist tools are used in professional, high-level productions.
  • Seed the innovation. Proactively manage digital access and beta invites for A-list talent and top creative agencies to generate high-profile case studies.
  • Fuel the social engine. Partner with our Social Media Managers to turn PR wins and media coverage into high-impact content for our social channels.
  • Own the awards engine. Identify and secure major industry awards (Webbys, Cannes Lions, AI Innovation Awards) that prove our AI production-level quality.
