Thermo Fisher Scientific's internship program is designed to identify and develop future leaders. Exceptional interns may be considered for full-time roles, including Leadership Development Programs (LDPs) or other early career positions, post-graduation. This is a global company, and interns must be geographically flexible and mobile for both their assignment and future employment. Potential placements depend on business needs and organizational priorities. This role requires onsite and in-office work as an essential function. These are 10-week positions with start dates on May 24, 2027, or June 14, 2027. All projects are strategically important to the business. Summer projects may involve supporting process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost savings. This includes process mapping, data collection and analysis, participation in Kaizen events and workshops, developing dashboards and metrics, supporting digital and AI-enabled initiatives, documenting standard work, and preparing final project presentations. Interns will also support communication efforts to promote PPI tools and best practices.
