The PPC Manager will report to the Director of Paid Advertising and oversee a portfolio of clients' paid media strategies. Responsibilities include innovating and refining advertising efforts, improving internal processes, and delivering exceptional service and results to retain and grow clients. This role is immersive and dynamic, meaning no two days are alike. However, key responsibilities include: Planning and executing campaign strategies aligned with client goals. Reporting on product KPIs and objectives. Ensuring superior delivery of products to clients in collaboration with internal teams. Strategizing and executing roadmaps and large-scale initiatives with client services and product teams. Staying up-to-date with industry trends to keep Big Leap ahead of the curve. Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in paid advertising.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an agency or similarly fast-paced environment.
  • Strong skills in Google Ads or Meta Ads and the ability to contribute from day one.
  • Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with current AI tools and trends
  • Experience in client-facing roles and building strong client relationships.
  • The ability to travel to the Big Leap office as required.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Prompt and regular attendance.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Develop, implement, and refine high-performing paid media campaigns that address industry challenges, solve business problems, and highlight differentiated value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, creative services, and fulfillment) to identify new opportunities for client success.
  • Be an expert in platforms like Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn, capable of running campaigns on any of these platforms.
  • Planning and executing campaign strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Reporting on product KPIs and objectives.
  • Ensuring superior delivery of products to clients in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Strategizing and executing roadmaps and large-scale initiatives with client services and product teams.

  • Performing other duties as assigned.
