About The Position
Hexco Motorsports is looking for a highly motivated seasoned Powersports Sales Professional with 5+ years' experience to join our fast-paced dealership team. If you are a self-starter who follows up on leads quickly, closes deals, and thrives on commission, this is a serious income opportunity. You will be selling top brands including Honda, Can-Am, Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Suzuki, Arctic Cat, and Kayo including motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, and personal watercraft.
Requirements
- General understanding of the principles of sales
- Strong communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with customer service
- Motorcycle license or ability to obtain a motorcycle license
- Clean driving record

- 5+ years powersports sales experience
- Strong closer who turns leads into sales

Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work with customers to determine their needs and recommend the right products to solve their problem
- Assist in ensuring that the product presentation area is clean and organized
- Assist in ensuring that the product is in excellent condition, clean, organized, ready to show
- Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers
- Use literature and training resources to stay up to date on products and features
