About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate who is passionate about powersports and thrives in a relationship-driven sales environment. If you love motorcycles, enjoy meeting new people, and want a career that doesn’t feel like the same old grind, this is the place for you. We offer a 40-hour work week, Sundays off, and a weekday off — because work-life balance matters, especially in sales. You will engage customers with professionalism, enthusiasm, and product knowledge, understand customer needs and recommend the right motorcycle, ATV, or accessory, conduct follow-up calls, manage leads, and generate new business. You will also use sales software to track interactions and close deals, maintain a clean, organized showroom and assist with inventory control, and negotiate pricing and terms to secure profitable, customer-focused sales.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Natural ability to build rapport

Nice To Haves

  • Motorcycle license not required
  • Experience with CRM systems and computerized inventory tools preferred but not necessary
