About The Position

Rolling Suds Alexandria-Arlington is hiring a hands-on Power Washing & Kitchen Hood Cleaning Technician based out of its Virginia warehouse. The technician provides cleaning services for commercial and residential clients in the Alexandria and Arlington area, including commercial kitchen exhaust systems and exterior surfaces. The role involves inspecting job sites and equipment, safely using cleaning products and equipment, maintaining company assets, communicating with clients and supervisors, and following safety procedures. Training, quality equipment, and support are provided, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Requirements

• Prior experience in pressure washing, power washing, or commercial kitchen hood cleaning is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined or elevated spaces.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to work early morning or evening shifts as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Located in or able to commute to the Alexandria, Virginia warehouse.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in pressure washing, power washing, or commercial kitchen hood cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Clean commercial kitchen exhaust hoods and vents in compliance with NFPA 96 standards.
• Operate power washing and pressure washing equipment on exterior surfaces, driveways, buildings, and other areas.
• Inspect equipment and job sites before and after service to ensure quality results.
• Safely handle and apply cleaning chemicals and degreasers.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicles, and tools stored at the Virginia warehouse.
• Communicate professionally with clients on-site and report job progress to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company procedures on every job.
