About The Position
Rolling Suds of Orlando is seeking an experienced, dependable, detail-oriented specialist to provide professional exterior cleaning services for commercial and residential properties. The role involves power washing, soft washing, window cleaning, and related exterior cleaning work using company-provided equipment and established methods. The specialist is expected to deliver quality results safely, work independently and with a team, and represent the company professionally when interacting with customers and site personnel. Requirements
- Prior professional pressure washing or exterior cleaning experience is required.
- Ability to safely climb ladders and work at heights, including roofs when required.
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
- Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively with a team.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with soft washing, chemical application, and commercial cleaning equipment is preferred.
- Professional window cleaning experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform pressure washing and soft washing at commercial and residential properties.
- Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment, surface cleaners, chemical application systems, and related tools.
- Apply cleaning solutions to remove dirt, algae, mildew, and other contaminants from exterior surfaces.
- Clean building exteriors, sidewalks, driveways, parking areas, and other exterior surfaces using appropriate methods.
- Perform window cleaning and other exterior cleaning services as needed.
- Follow established cleaning procedures, job checklists, and safety protocols.
- Identify and document existing property damage or site-specific concerns before and during service.
- Photograph completed work and job conditions as required.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and meet company quality standards.
- Maintain clean, organized equipment and vehicles.
- Represent Rolling Suds professionally when interacting with customers, property managers, and other site personnel.
