About The Position

Seeking two Power BI Developers to support business intelligence and reporting initiatives across finance and operational functions. The role works directly with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, design and develop dashboards, and deliver actionable insights through Power BI. The ideal candidate has strong technical reporting expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience supporting Finance and/or ERP-driven environments. Sage ERP experience is a plus but is not required. The role is described as hybrid, with onsite work in Wilmington, Massachusetts, or Fort Myers, Florida; candidates must be local to one of those locations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Strong experience gathering business requirements and working directly with stakeholders.
• Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, ERP, or operational reporting environments.
• Proficiency with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be local to Wilmington, MA, or Fort Myers, FL.
• U.S. citizens or Green Card holders; Green Card holders must have verified, authentic Green Cards.
• Must have an established LinkedIn account with a profile picture and at least 100 connections.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Sage ERP products, such as Sage 100, Sage 300, Sage X3, or Intacct.
• Experience integrating data from multiple business systems.
• Exposure to data warehouse or business intelligence environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Translate business needs into meaningful data insights and reporting solutions.
• Work with Finance, Accounting, and operational teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and optimize data models, datasets, and reporting processes.
• Validate report accuracy and ensure data integrity across reporting solutions.
• Recommend improvements to reporting, metrics, and KPIs.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and support end users.
