About The Position

Responsible for quality of product before loading, continuous improvement in support of department and company goals, team building, providing feedback, promoting a positive work environment, following procedures and policies, working safely and efficiently, staying customer focused, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires knowledge of product handling methods to ensure safe and secure powder coat line-work. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills are needed, with demonstrated proficiency using EPICOR ERP or similar systems. Other requirements include good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, being open-minded to new ideas and concepts, possessing very good problem-solving skills, and being self-motivated and results-oriented. Specific skills include safe and efficient hanging of parts and accuracy and quality of product prior to loading.

Requirements
