About The Position

Harvey Vogel Manufacturing Co., a leader in metal stampings is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Powder Coat Painter to join our team in Eagan, Minnesota. If you take pride in producing high-quality work and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you. We are seeking a Powder Coat Painter at our Eagan location to apply powder coat paint to a variety of simple and complex parts. The hours are 6:30am - 3pm, Monday - Friday.

Requirements

Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
Ability to commute/relocate to Eagan, MN 55121: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Nice To Haves

Previous powder coating, painting, or manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare metal parts for powder coating through cleaning, masking, and inspection.
Apply powder coat finishes using electrostatic spray equipment.
Ensure proper coating thickness, coverage, and appearance.
Load and unload parts from the paint line.
Operate curing ovens and monitor coating processes.
Perform quality inspections and touch-ups as needed.
Maintain paint equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
Follow all safety, quality, and standard operating procedures.
Work closely with team members to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
