About The Position
The Poultry Yard Cage Strapper handles tasks related securing poultry cages for transportation.
Requirements
- Ability to operate winches
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to reach above shoulders to hang strap hooks properly
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Unboom trailer straps from cages
- Ensure cages are properly boomed to the trailers.
- Ensure cages are properly seated on the trailer guide rails
- Ensure straps are safe working condition
- Hang strap hooks on cages properly
