What you’ll do You will own the technical partnership with our sales team and customers by delivering expert poultry nutrition guidance that drives animal health, wellbeing, and productivity. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide hands‑on nutritional support, conduct on‑farm assessments, and translate data into actionable insights. You’ll collaborate closely with sales representatives, support customer negotiations, and continuously optimize diet formulations—ensuring our product portfolio delivers measurable performance and economic value. Who we’re looking for You are a driven, data‑oriented poultry nutrition expert who owns both your expertise and your learning. You’re personable, confident in front of customers, and comfortable admitting when you don’t have an immediate answer—because you’re motivated to find the right one. With a strong understanding of poultry production systems and the local industry, you thrive in a field‑based role where relationships, science, and results matter equally. You’ll also need Master’s degree in Animal Science or Animal Nutrition (required) Minimum 3 years of in‑field poultry nutrition experience or a closely related role Strong understanding of poultry production systems, feeding practices, flock management, and performance metrics Experience formulating diets and updating formulations based on customer and sales needs Ability to conduct on‑farm consultations assessing performance, nutritional gaps, and economic outcomes Experience with feed formulation software (Brill or Bestmix preferred) Excellent communication skills with a personable, customer‑focused approach Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively to customer sites and industry events Proven ability to meet deadlines with accountability and efficiency What you’ll receive As part of Nutreco, you’ll be a member of the SHV family, a diverse group of companies with a global footprint. Requirements
