The lab of Dr. Tommaso Cupido at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is seeking motivated, biology-inclined synthetic chemists to advance RNA proximity-induced pharmacology. This project focuses on the discovery, design, and development of small-molecule modulators. It utilizes novel screening and compound optimization platforms to target undrugged pathways and biological mechanisms regulating RNA biology and gene expression in cancer. The research will be conducted within the Department of Chemical Biology and Therapeutics, leveraging St. Jude's world-class infrastructure for high-throughput chemical discovery and synthesis.
