The lab of Dr. Tommaso Cupido at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is seeking motivated, biology-inclined synthetic chemists to advance RNA proximity-induced pharmacology. This project focuses on the discovery, design, and development of small-molecule modulators using novel screening and compound optimization platforms. The research will target undrugged pathways and biological mechanisms regulating RNA biology and gene expression in cancer. The work will be conducted within the Department of Chemical Biology and Therapeutics at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, leveraging significant investments in high-throughput chemical discovery and synthesis infrastructure.
