About The Position

Motorola Solutions' Secure Collateral Management division is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Post Repossession Admin to join their team in Dallas, Texas. This role focuses on administering the processing of assignments, completion of services, and release of lender assets. While not a collections or sales position, it involves regular communication with banks and field agents. The role requires the ability to use multiple computer monitors, handle inbound/outbound calls, and possess entry-level data entry skills. This is a strictly in-office position.

• Previous collection, repossession or automotive industry experience
• 1 Year of experience in the Repossession industry

Responsibilities

• Administering over processing the assignments
• Processing the completion of services
• Release of lender asset, upon execution of service
• Regular communication with the banks and the agents in the field
• Handle escalations
• Work within multiple systems
• Utilize client/lender databases, if applies, to execute specific lender requirements
• Work in upwards of 15 different tabs between multiple screens
• Follow through and ownership of work to completion
