Requirements

Comprehensive knowledge of print production specifications and color management principles.
Strong understanding of photography capture, retouching, and color workflows.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Workfront) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems (e.g., Adobe AEM).
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (specifically retouching and color correction) is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 2–3 years of production experience.
Meticulous attention to detail and a critical eye for retouching and color accuracy.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong professional relationships.
Proactive problem-solver, comfortable adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (specifically retouching and color correction) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage post-production timelines to guarantee high-quality, on-time delivery.
Partner with project management and shoot production teams to align on scope, budgets, and schedules.
Provide daily status updates for active projects using standard presentation and spreadsheet tools.
Source, negotiate with, and manage external retouchers and post-production houses in alignment with project scope and creative direction. Act as the primary liaison for external partners from art release through final delivery.
Source and oversee the production of printed, branded, and gifting materials.
Facilitate in-person and remote retouching and color reviews with creative and production teams. Validate final artwork specifications (e.g., color space, file size) prior to distribution.
Archive final assets in accordance with internal standards.
Track project budgets, process invoices, and proactively identify scope changes.
