We are looking for a Producer Resource Coordinator to join our Commercial Lines team.

  • Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Business Administration
  • No prior professional work experience required.
  • Intellectually curious, driven to learn, resourceful
  • Advanced Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel (pivot tables, V-Lookup, graphs), PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Technically savvy - ability to quickly learn, use and train on various systems e.g. CRM
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Must excel in a multi-deadline, fast-paced environment; excellent organizational, prioritization skills
  • Ability to be proactive, anticipatory, and handle confidential material
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team

  • Within the first six (6) months, must obtain your Property & Casualty License.
  • Attend training and exam preparatory classes for P&C License.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Producer(s) to handle administrative tasks supporting the sales process, increasing producer efficiency and productivity.
  • Interact internally with departments such as Accounting, Marketing, and Service, including departments across HUB’s national footprint.
  • Provide ongoing assistance to colleagues using various sales tools and resources, becoming a proficient user of MS Dynamics CRM (CORE) and HUB’s revenue tracking system (EPIC).
  • Manage and monitor Producer dashboards and revenue tracking from various payment sources across P&C, Benefits, and Broker Dealer, as well as between HUB regions.
  • Manage and monitor the HUB region-to-region handshake agreement.
  • Prepare monthly reports as needed.
  • Perform ad hoc marketing tasks related to sales and marketing presentations, including RFP support and presentation support.
  • Complete insurance forms, assist Producers in obtaining client data, manage the invoicing process, and track revenue until verified completion.
  • Assist with the organization of and attend certain Producer meetings, taking notes and participating in client and prospect follow-up under supervision.
  • Report progress to the CSO and Producer on a periodic basis, discussing any necessary changes for growth trajectory.
  • Research, recommend, and implement special projects and/or initiatives such as prospect research using tools like LinkedIn and Sutton Place.
  • Collaborate with HUB colleagues on all aspects of sales enablement.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships internally and externally to achieve Producer and organizational goals.
  • Handle other sales support functions as they arise.
  • From time to time, may require off-hour work based on client and producer needs, with efforts to maintain work-life balance.
