Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of print production specifications and color management principles.
  • Strong understanding of photography capture, retouching, and color workflows.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Workfront) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems (e.g., Adobe AEM).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (specifically retouching and color correction) is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 2–3 years of production experience.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a critical eye for retouching and color accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong professional relationships.
  • Proactive problem-solver, comfortable adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (specifically retouching and color correction) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage post-production timelines to guarantee high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Partner with project management and shoot production teams to align on scope, budgets, and schedules.
  • Provide daily status updates for active projects using standard presentation and spreadsheet tools.
  • Source, negotiate with, and manage external retouchers and post-production houses in alignment with project scope and creative direction. Act as the primary liaison for external partners from art release through final delivery.
  • Source and oversee the production of printed, branded, and gifting materials.
  • Facilitate in-person and remote retouching and color reviews with creative and production teams. Validate final artwork specifications (e.g., color space, file size) prior to distribution.
  • Archive final assets in accordance with internal standards.
  • Track project budgets, process invoices, and proactively identify scope changes.
