About The Position

A postdoctoral position is available in the Fan Laboratory in the Department of Dermatology at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. The Fan Laboratory investigates the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying cancer immunoediting in skin cancer. Current research focuses on understanding the role of natural killer (NK) cells in shaping tumor evolution and controlling cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC) progression using molecular, cellular, genomic, and animal model approaches. This full-time postdoctoral position will support NIH-funded and foundation-funded research projects. The successful candidate will be mentored by Dr. Xiying Fan and work closely with other research assistants in the lab. The postdoctoral fellow will have the opportunity to work independently and propose studies that complement ongoing and expand upon projects in the lab.
