Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of PC programs, including MS Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Care about your community and have a desire to be involved.
• Perform job functions with general supervision and work effectively as a member of a team and independently.
• Capable of working harmoniously with diverse personalities of co-workers, staff and customers.
• Requires regular and reliable attendance and the ability to work varying hours.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Experience with servicing, post-closing, or shipping
• Familiarity with mortgage documents
• Experience with Encompass

Responsibilities

• Ship/upload all closed mortgage loan files to end investors within timeline, quality, and volume performance objectives.
• Review all loan documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor, resolve, and report on conditions requested by FHA, VA, USDA, and investors.
