Requirements
- Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong command of English to facilitate internal communication.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- A genuine passion for the retail and fashion industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Previous experience in retail or customer support is highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat for Zalando.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding online orders, sizing, delivery tracking, and returns.
- Provide expert fashion advice and insights to Portuguese-speaking clients.
- Resolve complex consumer issues related to digital payments and loyalty program benefits.
- Maintain high quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication for international retail operations.
- Adapt quickly to new retail trends and system updates to provide accurate information.
