Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on brand excellence.
• Educate users on the latest features, updates, and specifications of the electronics portfolio.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical hardware or software issues.
