About The Position
Join the team at Hyman Brothers KIA as a Porter/ Valet/Service Help in Midlothian, VA. This role is vital in ensuring smooth vehicle flow and excellent customer service within our automotive service department. You will assist with moving vehicles, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and supporting service technicians to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate vehicles confidently and safely
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Safely move vehicles between the service area, lot, and showroom as needed
- Assist service technicians with vehicle preparation and cleanup
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service department and surrounding areas
- Greet and assist customers with vehicle pick-up and drop-off in a courteous manner
- Ensure all vehicles are securely parked and protected from damage
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
